comapany situated in Bhilwara, Rajasthan. The company is providing its services
since last 50 long years.
Rajasthan Ceramic Industries (RCI) is pioneer and leading manufacturers of high
temperature light weight insulating bricks and Mica Insulating Bricks situated in
Bhilwara. RCI has been equipped with modern plant and machinery for manufacturing
high quality Insulation Refractory products for meeting stringent conditions of
the industries. The compamy has modern laboratory equipment to delicatly controled
quilatie at factory permises.
Light Weight Insulating Bricks & Mica Insulating Bricks having inherent insulation
properties which gives excellent thermal efficiency in all the furnaces, vessels
etc., where it has been used
The products manufactured by Rajasthan Ceramic Industries are useful in various
utilities like steel plants, aluminum plant, thermal power plant, sponge iron plant,
glass plant, blast furnace, coke oven battery, adobe baking furnace (ABF), SMS,
Boiler, rolling mills and re-heating furnace
Rajasthan Ceramic Industries (RCI) in approved vendor of list EIL, MECON, EPI, ONGGC,
SAIL, and Steel Plants like Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, RSP, BSP, IISCO and Salem
Steel Plant. We are also registered with Vadanta Group, JSW Group,Bhushan Group
of Steel Plants and many other projects.
The main functions of these bricks are to reduce loss of heat, heat storage and
low fuel consumption, to keep uniformity of heat and maintain low skin temperature
of a furnace. By these means saving upto 30% on fuel costs & 40% on preparation
time are possible and payback period is very low automatically.
